Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services seeks a Forensic Program Lead to join the team in Bremerton, providing services to Trueblood Class Members within FHARPS and FPATH. You will support coordination of care in outpatient and community settings, carrying a small caseload and collaborating with the forensic team and leadership.

You will contribute to team meetings, mentor others, coordinate outreach, and ensure documentation is accurate, with a focus on client independence and wellness across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, or behavioral health field.
• Two years of Trueblood Program experience.
• Must meet agency driving requirements and hold a valid WA driver's license.
• Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings to review client progress and update teammates.
• Support supervisor with scheduling, training, and handling challenges in care.
• Provide coaching on strengths-based engagement and proactive interventions.
• Serve as a safe second for dual outreaches when indicated or requested.
• Advise management on operational needs such as supplies or equipment.
• Attend community meetings as the point of contact for Forensic Programs.
• Provide care coordination and direct services including counseling and case management.
