Responsibilities

Coordinate continuing education activities and speaker packets.
Coordinate scheduling of presenters.
Manage day-to-day forensic nursing education and other assigned program activities.
Manage learner course registrations.
Coordinate scheduling and facilitation of team meetings.
Document meetings via minutes accurately.
Organize in-person healthcare trainings statewide and online.
Assist with facilitating trainings onsite or online.
Oversee completion of nursing continuing education applications for CE approval.
Develop and disseminate meeting minutes.
Coordinate training with stakeholders.
Provide communications to stakeholders and team members.
Identify and provide resources to patients in their communities.
Coordinate monitoring and evaluation of activities.
Ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
Communicate with program director/PI about activities and issues.
