You will identify losses, reconcile claims, and report results to stakeholders while monitoring for variances and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in claims, knowledge of FHA/VA/USDA guidelines, and strong MS Office skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of claims filing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic review of loan servicing from default to final claim payment.
• Conduct root cause analyses of servicing discrepancies.
• Identify contractual and non-contractual losses and report them.
• Reconcile submitted claims to actual funds received and determine responsibility.
• Present findings to stakeholders and management; monitor indicators for variances.
• Ensure compliance with government guidelines and audit readiness.
