HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking Associate Mental Health Clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ASW) or Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) for a full-time or part-time opportunity in a Santa Cruz County forensic mental health program in Capitola, CA. The role focuses on adult sex offender treatment and family therapy within a stable outpatient setting.

The program offers supervised CASOMB training, a 90-day onboarding, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active California BBS registration (AMFT, APCC, ASW) or licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• New graduates welcome; supervision provided.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• On-site in Capitola, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment for adult sex offender population.
• Provide therapy services to non-offending family members.
• Complete case management and maintain clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations.
• Represent the program in community and court settings as needed.
• Attend ongoing training, conferences, and professional development.
• Provide court testimony when required.
