• New graduates welcome; supervision provided.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• On-site in Capitola, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment for adult sex offender population.
• Provide therapy services to non-offending family members.
• Complete case management and maintain clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and case consultations.
• Represent the program in community and court settings as needed.
• Attend ongoing training, conferences, and professional development.

HealthCare Recruiters International is seeking Associate Mental Health Clinicians (AMFT, APCC, ASW) or Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) for a full-time or part-time opportunity within an established outpatient forensic mental health program serving the Santa Cruz County region. This role offers specialization in sex offender treatment, structured supervision, and long-term clinical growth within a stable outpatient setting.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Set schedules available between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• No routine weekend shifts; occasional appointments may be scheduled as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessment and treatment for adult sex offender population
• Provide therapy services to non-offending family members
• Complete case management and maintain clinical documentation

Training and Development

• 90-day structured onboarding and training program
• CASOMB supervision and didactic training provided
• Required to obtain CASOMB Apprentice Level within 2 weeks of start

Compensation and Benefits

• $70,000 – $85,000 base salary
• $5,000 relocation assistance (in-state)
• Up to $30,000 loan forgiveness
