Job summary

Withum is seeking a Forensic Manager to join the Forensic and Valuation Services (FVS) Group. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and based out of multiple locations including Princeton, Red Bank, Whippany, East Brunswick, NY, PA, MA, RI, and others.

The manager will oversee investigations, perform analyses, and work with senior staff to advance matters. CPA and forensic credentials are preferred; 7+ years in forensic accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
• CPA License required.
• CFE, CFF and/or ABV credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years forensic accounting experience with at least 1 year in a manager role.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with all staff levels, team-oriented or independently.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and counsel to obtain documents.
• Developing a forensic plan for the engagement and leading a team to implement it.
• Summarizing and interpreting financial information and records.
• Developing forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analyses.
• Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and rebuttal reports.
• Assisting with deposition and trial preparation.
