Job summary

WithumSmith+Brown, PC is seeking a Forensic Manager to join the Forensic and Valuation Services Group (FVS). The role is hybrid with in-office expectations of three days per week, supporting clients and attorneys through investigation, financial analysis and expert testimony.

The FVS Group will require leadership of associates, development of forensic plans, and collaboration with senior leadership to advance matters. Opportunity to grow into an expert witness in your own right.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients and counsel to obtain documents.
• Developing a forensic plan for the engagement and managing a team of associates to implement the plan.
• Summarizing and interpreting relevant financial information and records.
• Developing forensic accounting and dispute/economic damage analysis.
• Assisting in the preparation of expert reports and other deliverables.
• Critiquing opposing expert reports in preparation of rebuttal reports.
• Assisting with deposition and trial preparation.
