UnityPoint Health is seeking a Forensic Interviewer in the Behavioral Health Services area (Child Advocacy - Downtown). This full-time, day-shift role involves interviewing children and dependent adults who are alleged victims or witnesses of abuse, following established guidelines, and producing high-quality written documentation.

The position works with MDT partners, including HHS and law enforcement, and may provide depositions and court testimony.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences required.
• Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences preferred.

Aufgaben

• Works as part of the multidisciplinary team to interview children and dependent adults in abuse investigations or assessments.
• Interviews parents/caregivers and MDT members regarding history, circumstances, and allegations.
• Conducts forensic interviews with adherence to research-based guidelines and policies; prepares written reports for MDT.
• Provides depositions and trial testimony as part of the court process.
• Documents data in Epic and NCAtrak.
• Participates in Case Review meetings and CPC trainings and committees.
