Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience with child protection, forensic settings, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Conducts forensic interviews of children and adolescents suspected of abuse.
• Consults with investigative team members before and after the forensic interview.
• Testifies in juvenile or criminal court when needed.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments with children and caretakers to screen for safety concerns.
• Coordinates program services with interagency partners, including law enforcement and child protective services.
• Provides training and education to staff and community partners.
• Maintains accurate, up-to-date resource and referral information.
