Job summary

Envista Forensics invites energetic Electrical Engineering students to join our internship program for Summer 2027. You will gain exposure to forensic and consulting engineering, including research, report writing, site inspections, and milestone projects, with coaching from Team Leads and access to core company functions.

This paid internship runs May 2027 through August 2027, with potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role after graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Electrical Engineering studies.
• Availability to work in Chicago, IL or Columbus, OH area.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
• Eligible for full-time 40 hours/week internship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical research on pricing, specifications, and equipment repair options.
• Document site investigations and collect evidence with photographs.
• Assist Team Lead in writing investigative reports.
• Travel to required locations for site inspections or client meetings.
• Set up and run test projects and distill data into actionable information.
• Support consultants with marketing efforts and related tasks.
