Responsibilities

• Apply technical discipline to conduct in-depth technical research on pricing, specifications, and equipment repair options.
• Contribute to incident investigations including collection of evidence and site documentation.
• Write reports with investigative findings together with Team Lead.
• Travel to required locations for site inspections or client meetings.
• Set up and run test projects and collect data.
