Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals/Correctional Health Services seeks a Coordinating Manager to oversee daily operations of CPL 730 and 390 evaluation clinics. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and drive improvements to efficiency and service quality within NYC jails.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with strong leadership and collaboration across judges, court personnel, and CHS leadership. On-site work across clinic locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Public Health, Public Administration, Business Admin, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counseling with 1 year of relevant health care experience; or a Bachelor’s degree in one of these fields with 2 years of experience.
• Alternate: a satisfactory combination of education and experience, with at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Department Preferences indicate supervisory/administrative experience in health care operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of Forensic Psychiatric Evaluation Court Clinics.
• Manages scheduling, and reports on clinic productivity and compliance.
• Defines site-level interventions to improve scheduling and efficiency.
