Job summary

HOPE Program seeks a Clinical Director to lead forensic mental health services across California. The role requires advanced clinical expertise, oversight of sex offender programs, and compliance with CASOMB and licensing bodies. You will build high-performing teams and drive client outcomes in alignment with organizational goals.

Position may involve region-specific work and travel between clinics. Doctoral or master’s degree and California licensure are required, with 8+ years clinical and 6+

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Licensed in California with LBS (LCSW/MFT/LPCC) or Psychology Board (Ph.D./PsyD).
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of administrative or management experience in clinical settings.
• CASOMB supervision experience or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical service delivery, caseload management, and program implementation for forensic populations.
• Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads per applicable guidelines.
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, and evaluations with compliance and QA focus.
• Monitor regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards (CASOMB, BBS/BOP, ATSA).
• Provide board-level clinical supervision and mentorship to staff and trainees.
