Job summary

HOPE Program, a CA forensic behavioral health provider, seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical services across multiple sites. The role requires advanced licensure (LCSW/MFT/LPCC or PhD/PsyD), 8+ years clinical and 6+ years managerial experience, and expertise in CBT, RNR, and risk assessments.

The Director will oversee staffing, regulatory compliance (CASOMB, BBS/BOP, ATSA), provide board-level supervision, and drive program development while traveling between clinic sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed in California with BBS or Board of Psychology along with relevant licensure.
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of administrative/management experience in clinical settings.
• Experience providing board-level supervision and CASOMB supervision (or eligible).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical service delivery for forensic populations.
• Maintain active clinical and supervision caseloads per regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, screenings, and evaluations.
