Candidates must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a P.E. license or the ability to obtain it quickly. The role requires strong communication skills and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with forensic investigations in construction or engineering.
• 2-10+ years of relevant experience in the field.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze properties to resolve legal matters.
• Conduct field investigations and prepare reports.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships.
