Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering required or higher.
• P.E. required.
• 2-10+ years of experience.
• Project management and/or field investigation experience preferred.
• Licenses or certifications may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Performs the investigation and analysis of residential, commercial, and industrial properties for the purpose of resolving claims and legal matters.
• Performs forensic assignments within civil engineering scope of work and budget agreed with the client.
• Field investigations to determine cause and origin of construction defects or structural failures.
• Prepare oral and written reports documenting causes, extent of loss, remediation, and provide opinions in litigation matters.
• Manage multiple projects, coordinating with other experts to produce client reports.
