Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using nursing process.
• Lead with evidence-based practice and compassionate communication to ensure safe patient environment.
• Continuously evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes and act as needed.
• Conduct forensic interviews with alleged victims or witnesses of abuse, maintaining neutrality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (law enforcement, CPS, medical staff, social workers) to coordinate investigations and services.
• Participate in team meetings and training on trauma-informed care and legal protocols.
