Integral Care is seeking a Forensic Coordinator (QMHP) to join a multidisciplinary behavioral health team serving justice-involved individuals in the Austin area, with a focus on community-based care at Travis County facilities.

You will screen, assess, and deliver therapeutic interventions, coordinating services such as housing, medical care, nutrition, transportation, and legal help to support recovery and stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for Justice Involved individuals with mental health diagnoses as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Screen and assess clients to define and facilitate recovery-based life outcomes.
