Job summary

Integral Care in Travis County, Texas is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) for full-time, on-site work. The role includes diagnostic evaluations, collaborative care with criminal justice partners, and managing a personal caseload with a trauma-informed approach.

The QMHP will develop knowledge of community resources and work with interdisciplinary teams to provide recovery-focused services to adults and families with mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Current valid driver's license required.

Job Summary

The QMHP is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. This position works in close collaboration with the Probation Department and other criminal justice partners.? Staff must develop extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and cultivate a clinical skill set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. The QMHP participates in diagnostic evaluations and provides assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. This position follows identified strategies for achievement of unit performance measures and ensures the highest quality of care while effectively utilizing resources. This position carries an individual case load.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor\'s degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.

License

Required:

• Current and valid driver\'s license and a clean driving record.

Hours

Full-Time.

Workdays

Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Friday.

Workhours

8:00AM - 5:00PM, 8:00AM - 6:00PM.

Salary

$24.18- $25.39 an hour based on education.
