Qualifications

• Valid, current architectural license from state licensing board.
• 10 years of construction experience, or a combination of education and field experience.
• Experience acting as a self-directed, independent leader.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Responsibilities

• Build inspection and property condition assessment.
• Attend site investigations and inspect structures and conditions.
