Endeavor Health Services is seeking a full-time Peer Specialist for its Forensic ACT team to provide direct support and services to clients. The role involves advocacy, peer counseling, and facilitating groups, requiring strong communication and advocacy skills. Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma, and have community resources knowledge.

The position offers a competitive salary of $18.13-$22.66 per hour based on experience and education, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and a generous PTO policy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete Peer Advocate training within six months of hire.
• Current or former recipient of recovery services.
• Valid NYS driver license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of community resources.
