What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure safety compliance with company policies, OSHA, DOT regulations
• Assist Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
• Speak with property owners regarding work to be performed and resolve any issues
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Work alone in remote locations and confined spaces; arms above shoulder level; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze; fine hand motion; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs; lift > 55 lbs
• Occasionally use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
