Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team in Georgia. You will lead field crews, ensure safety protocols, and manage project timelines while coordinating with the supervisor and property owners.

The role requires experience with heavy equipment, reading blueprints, and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Strong communication and training skills are essential for success in this position.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
