Job summary

Ansco & Associates, LLC seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are met while coordinating with the supervisor and property owners.

The role requires at least 3 years of related work experience; Foreman experience is preferred. Strong reading of blueprints and OSHA/DOT safety knowledge are essential for daily field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Help with training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Help ensure everyone follows safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations

• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related work experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
