Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is seeking an Equipment Foreman to oversee crews on telecom construction projects, ensuring on-time completion and safe, efficient use of equipment and materials.

You will lead crews, manage equipment, and help maintain safety policies and DOT/OSHA compliance while supporting the supervisor with daily activities and training.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver's license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Foreman TelCom Construction Equipment is $30.00 - $40.00 .
