Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews, oversee equipment operations, and ensure safe, on-schedule project execution. You will manage field activities, mentor crew members, and coordinate with supervisors on day-to-day tasks.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT), and thorough production documentation, with opportunities to advance as projects grow and safety culture remains paramount.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or related work experience.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned
