Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with aerial, buried, or underground electrical lines.
  • Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience or Class A CDL.

Responsibilities

  • Manage equipment and complete work orders per supervisor’s instructions.

As a Foreman Aerial Crew member, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring the scope of work complies with customer standards.

What You'll Do...
  • Prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently
  • Lead and train crew while adhering to all safety procedures
  • Follow production procedures, accurately track and submit daily reports and paperwork
  • Complete work orders per supervisor’s instructions and customer specifications, ensuring timely completion or notifying appropriate personnel of delays
  • Manage issued equipment including trucks, trailers, tools, signs, and cones
  • Safely identify utilities and recognize electrical and other hazards in the work area
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Complete work responsibilities and projects within designated timeframes
  • Demonstrate integrity and adhere to ethical standards in all professional and personal matters
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Who We Are Looking For...
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are authorized to work in the United States
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You hold a valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A Commercial Driver’s License
  • You have at least 3 years of experience working with aerial, buried, or underground energized electrical lines
  • Ability to read a tape measure and other measuring devices
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and site plans
  • Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
  • Experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment
  • Familiarity with bucket truck operation and climbing telephone poles
