Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC seeks a Telecom Aerial Foreman to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

You will act as the on-site expert, guiding less experienced crew members and partnering with the team to meet customer requirements, with readiness to travel for storm response when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (no provisional) with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical exam and hold a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to codes and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and traffic flows smoothly on the job.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, drills, and saws.
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Ensure work areas are safe and that traffic flows smoothly while on the job

What you’ll need

• At least 3 years of related work experience

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift objects greater than 55 pounds
