Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team in Rogers, MN. You’ll lead crews, oversee project timelines, safely operate and maintain assigned equipment, and coordinate with the supervisor on day‑to‑day activities.

Requirements include at least three years of related experience, OSHA/DOT awareness, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. We offer weekly pay, PTO and holidays, comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes and DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery and perform maintenance.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

• Lead crews to meet project timelines

• Safely operate and control assigned equipment

• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed

• Oversee and help with training of crew members

• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations

• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance

• Perform work in all weather conditions

• All other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Authorization to work in the United States for this company

• A valid driver’s license

• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred

• At least three years of related experience

• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds

• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Foreman TelCom Construction Equipment is $30.00 - $40.00.
