Federal Signal Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to lead blasting crews onsite and offsite, plan schedules, and coordinate manpower, equipment, and logistics for each assignment. The PM will serve as the face of Hog Technologies while visiting customer locations.
The role requires 5+ years in a services-management capacity, strong communication, and a sense of urgency to drive tasks to completion. Travel is expected, with a full-time schedule and 24/7 availability for requests.
The Project Manager provides leadership and direction to blasting crews both onsite and offsite, prepares project schedules, coordinates manpower, equipment, and logistics for each assignment. This position is responsible for planning and managing the sequence of project activities to ensure deadlines are met and projects progress smoothly through completion. This role requires strong customer service communication skills, as the PM will serve as the face of Hog Technologies while working onsite at customer locations.
Supervisory Responsibility - this position is responsible for the direct supervision of the service and stripe removal department team members.
Work Environment - this job operates as business needs primarily in the field with the team and at times in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - this is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are driven per business needs. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel - this position will require travel from time to time.
