Job summary

Zero Impact Builders is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead on CA-based projects in renewable infrastructure, including EV charging installations and electrical work. You will supervise crews, read drawings, coordinate trenching, concrete work, and conduit placement, ensuring safety and quality on each site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading 5–10 workers on CA construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical specs.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of 5–10 workers.
• Read and interpret drawings and electrical specs for equipment installation.
• Supervise trenching, concrete pads, and conduit placement.
• Oversee electrical resources and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with the site superintendent and client communications.
• Inspect completed work and ensure site cleanliness.
