Job Overview

Department: Parks + Rec Grade: 200 Salary: $26.21/hour

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the successful operation and maintenance of specific division operations, making daily operational decisions
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of assigned projects and the necessary associates and equipment by which to complete; responsible for recommending materials needed for work projects and estimating general associated costs, when required
• Responsible for the supervision and training of junior staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Five years of previous experience in an industry related position or craft, which includes one to two years of supervisory experience
• Must complete Division specific training as directed
• Additional qualifications dependent on department needs
• Must obtain a Class B Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement within six months of hire
• Must have obtained a Class A Commercial Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement and HAZMAT or can obtain/retain HAZMAT endorsement within six months of hire, where applicable
• Must submit to/pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
