Job summary

Jackson County Missouri in the Parks + Rec department is seeking a hands-on employee for maintenance and project-support roles. The position pays $22.06/hour and involves assisting supervisors, operating specialized equipment, and performing asset improvements.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of related experience, and a Class A CDL with air brake endorsements within six months of hire. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.

• Must have obtained a Class A Commercial driver's License with air brake endorsement within six months of hire, where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

• Additional qualification dependent on department needs; Must have obtained a Class A Commercial driver's License with air brake endorsement within six months of hire, were applicable.
• Must submit to/pass pre-employment background and drug screen.
