Job summary

Trade Management in Ellendale, ND is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead a crew of 4–8 on an active project. This hands-on role requires coordinating with the site superintendent and other trades while keeping production on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, OSHA-10, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints. Expect roughly 50 hours per week with possible travel between job sites.

Qualifications

• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.

Opportunity Description:
W are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and support a crew of approximately 4-8 employees on an active construction project in Ellendale, ND. This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone who can manage daily production while working alongside the crew and coordinating with the site superintendent and other trades.

The Foreman will help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project expectations while serving as a key point of contact between the field crew, GC, vendors, andmanagement.

• OSHA-10 required; OSHA-30 preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand site layouts.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to travel between job sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced Construction Foreman, Lead, Superintendent, or Senior Journeyman who is ready to take ownership of a crew and daily field operations. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, construction experience, reliable work history, and the ability to communicate professionally with GCs and other trades.
