Groundworks is seeking a Foreman to lead an installation crew on our foundation solution projects in Virginia. You will own daily on-site safety, quality, productivity, and crew performance while coordinating tasks, materials, and equipment.

You will mentor Installers and Co-Foreman, drive a company vehicle to sites, and ensure timely completion within budget. Strong leadership and construction knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions on-site and plans work schedule with duties assigned to crew.

• Provides customers with superior quality and service onsite.
• Ensures final documentation is completed and filed.
