Job summary

Groundworks, North America’s leader in foundation solutions, seeks a Foreman to lead installation crews from start to finish—owning safety, quality, productivity, and team performance onsite. You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure work reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

The role requires strong leadership, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in crawl spaces, with benefits including Boots, certification programs, and upward mobility

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Strong communication, ability to motivate, and be a team player.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Enters crawl spaces and other confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job once on-site; sets plans based on time, tools, and order of work; assigns duties to crew.
• Installs products and services with support of a national team of trained professionals.
• Innovates and troubleshoots situations as needed to meet company standards and timetables.
• Provides customers with superior quality and service while onsite performing work.
• Ensures all final documentation is done completely and accurately.
• Supervises the crew and provides on-the-job training to Installers and Co-Foreman.
