Job summary

Bigham Cable Construction, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team to lead crews, ensuring projects are completed on schedule. You will also manage equipment and materials to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. This full-time role offers weekly pay, PTO, parental leave, holidays, and benefits such as 401(k) matching and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed
• Oversee and help with training of crew members
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• All other duties as assigned

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
