Job summary

Cantey Foundation Specialists is seeking a results-oriented Crew Leader to supervise field crews on residential foundation repair projects. You will travel to multiple locations and ensure high-quality workmanship while delivering excellent customer service.

You will receive training with a starting pay of $35 per hour during onboarding, then $22 per hour plus 60% commission after training, plus a benefits package. The role is full-time, on-site in Bessemer, AL, with a dynamic team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous carpentry/rough framing experience.
• Subfloor installation experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
