The Crew Leader we need is a team player who wants to make serious money while providing a “WOW” experience to every customer. After successfully completing our 90-day Crew Leader training you will be eligible for a lucrative production bonus.

You’re going to love Cantey Foundation Specialists! Our next Crew Leader will enjoy a stable work schedule every week while managing their crew, they will understand how to deliver a permanent, high-quality solution for the customer’s home foundation issues.

You’ll have the opportunity to travel and work in several new locations every month. You’ll enjoy using equipment that works properly and have access to all personal protective equipment needed to complete all jobs in a safe manner. You will also benefit from the best hands‑on training in the industry.

Position Overview

• Highlights: Monday – Friday schedule, Shirts/Hat/Jacket/PPE Bag provided, Fun Work Culture
• Job Type: Construction Crew Leader
• Work Hours: Full Time, W2 Employee
• Pay: $35hr during training. After training: $22hr plus 60% commission
• Compensation Structure: Hourly plus production bonus
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Aflac, Matching 401(k), Paid Time Off
• Location: Bessemer,AL

Required Experience

• Previous carpentry/rough framing
• Subfloor installation

Preferred Experience

• Remodeling
• Replacing structural wood components underneath homes (Main beams/Joists)
• Management of teams (3+)
