Job summary

Pyro-CommSystems,Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead commercial Fire Alarm and Low Voltage installation projects across Southern California.

This role requires strong leadership, field coordination with general contractors and trades, and a solid background in Fire/Life Safety systems, with safety and quality as priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in commercial fire alarm and low voltage installation.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Foreman or Lead Technician.
• Experience with jobsite document control and reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience on at least two large-scale commercial projects exceeding $1 million in contract value.
• State Licensed Installer for Fire Life Safety (Blue Card) or NICET II Fire Alarm certification preferred.
• Proficient in material management and forecasting job site needs.
• Strong schedule awareness and task planning abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and submittals.

Responsibilities

• Lead field personnel and coordinate with General Contractors and other trades.
• Maintain project schedules and safety compliance.
• Deliver projects that meet customer expectations and applicable codes.
