We are offering a full-time position with a pay range of $35 to $45 per hour, determined by your professional background. You will follow a consistent schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts per week.

About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Field Leader to oversee our daily operations, ensuring that all projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and a commitment to safety. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage crew logistics, maintain steady production, anticipate potential obstacles, and ensure that both internal staff and subcontractors meet our performance expectations. You will serve as the primary link between the project strategy and its practical implementation, managing everything from quality control and safety compliance to comprehensive field documentation.

Core Responsibilities

Manage and synchronize daily onsite operations and personnel.
Delegate tasks by evaluating the specific skills and readiness of each technician.
Supervise the activities of technicians and external subcontractors on-site.
Analyze construction blueprints, technical specifications, and installation guidelines.
Ensure all installations uphold our rigorous quality standards to help deliver superior results for our clients.
Conduct proactive quality inspections to catch issues early and prevent the need for costly rework.
Track labor hours and crew output against targets to help optimize project efficiency and meet deadlines.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and lead regular site safety meetings.
Halt operations immediately if hazardous conditions or major quality issues arise to protect the team and the project.
Document daily progress and site activities using Fieldwire.
Capture and upload site imagery, status updates, and punch-list documentation.
Keep precise records of project tasks and field-related documentation.
Validate that technician time logs accurately represent the work completed.
Monitor daily labor efficiency to help the team maintain consistent productivity levels.
Recognize changes in project scope, site limitations, and potential risks.
Report field challenges and execution hurdles to the project management team.
Mentor technicians on best practices for installation and operational procedures.
Assess team skill levels to help identify and address specific training requirements.
Support the integration and professional growth of incoming technicians.
Finish all designated training milestones via the Trainual platform.

Required Qualifications
