The role requires a Journeyman Electrician license (Master preferred), 10+ years in commercial/industrial electrical work, and at least 5 years in leadership.

At least 5 years in superintendent or foreman leadership.
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, MSHA and client standards.
Proven ability to supervise multiple teams and projects.

Standard Schedule

Standard work week runs Monday through Thursday

Core Responsibilities

Analyze project drawings, timelines, and the implications of change orders
Facilitate project turnover by supporting quality control and inspection processes
Foster professional growth by mentoring field leadership and foremen
Communicate project risks and safety incidents to management
Complete additional tasks as requested

Candidate Requirements

Possession of a Journeyman Electrician license is mandatory, with Master Electrician status preferred
Over a decade of professional experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
At least five years of experience in a superintendent or foreman leadership capacity
Deep understanding of safety protocols, construction workflows, and electrical codes
Demonstrated success in overseeing concurrent projects and multiple teams
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities
Proficiency in communicating with project management, inspectors, and clients
Current and valid driver's license

Basic tools for planning, layout review, and documentation
