Acousti seeks a Drywall Framer Foreman to oversee multiple site-based construction operations on commercial and government projects, working closely with managers to ensure deadlines, safety protocols, and quality standards are met. This role will allow you to showcase your skills in guiding teams and maintaining a productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Foreman in commercial drywall framing.
• Expertise in metal framing, drywall, FRP, finishing, and acoustic ceilings.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and read blueprint plans.

Responsibilities

• Promote jobsite safety, rectify hazards, and encourage safe practices.
• Direct production activities and maintain the construction schedule.
• Supervise employees, including subcontractors, and maintain positive client relations.
• Ensure timely submission of job reports and documentation with photos.
• Review project floor plans and drawings thoroughly.
• Work on scaffolds, aerial lifts, ladders, and use powertuated tools and lasers.
• Work indoors and outdoors, maintaining schedules and phasing.
