Job summary

Acousti Engineering is seeking a Warehouse Helper to support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading, inventory organization, and timely preparation of shipments. The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds, reliability, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Requires ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicle (non-CDL).
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the process of organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse.
• Support receiving, unloading, and storing of incoming shipments; inspect items for quality and damage.
• Prepare and stage materials for outgoing shipments; ensure proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to promote safety and productivity.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and responsibly.
• Perform routine checks on inventory and report discrepancies.
• Follow established processes to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Be flexible for overtime or additional tasks during peak periods.
• Participate in ongoing training for safety and procedures.

AsaWarehouseHelper,youwillsupporttheefficientdailyoperationsofourwarehouse.Workingcloselywithteammembers,youwillleadinloadingandunloadingmaterials,organizinginventory,andensuringtimelydeliverypreparation.Yourcontributionswillhelpmaintainsmoothoperations,enablingtheteamtomeetprojectdeadlinesandexceedclientexpectations.
