B&S Site Development is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site operations for large civil projects. You will act as the main liaison between field crews and project management, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with plans and specifications.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, problem-solving, and construction knowledge, with the ability to read plans and direct utility installations.

Qualifikationen

• Over 3 years of experience installing underground utilities (preferred 1 year in a lead role).
• Strong knowledge of underground utility installation methods and safety requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of excavation, grade control, utility installation, and staking of grade.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and grade stakes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment under varied weather conditions.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• CDL license is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and coordinate field crew activities.
• Supervise installation of storm drainage, potable water lines, and sanitary sewer systems.
• Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and subs.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and up-to-date site documentation.
• Lead by example and enforce safety protocols.
• Assist in training and mentoring crew members.
