Job summary

Olympia Moving & Storage is seeking a experienced Crew Chief/Foreman to lead moving teams on residential and commercial jobs in the Watertown, MA area. You will supervise daily activities, coach crew members, and ensure safe, efficient moves while maintaining top-notch customer interaction.

The role rewards leadership with overtime opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and potential annual earnings through tips and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 50–75+ pounds and stand 6–10 hours.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading moving crews and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor the moving team on job sites.
• Communicate with clients as the on-site contact.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and staff.
• Solve problems and overcome on-site challenges.
• Assist with packing, loading, and disassembly/reassembly of furniture.
• Complete billing, inventories, and reporting on a mobile platform.
