Job summary

Olympia Moving and Storage is seeking a Moving Foreman to lead on-site crews, coordinate residential and commercial moves, and ensure safe handling of items. You will supervise teams, communicate with clients, and collaborate with operations to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires experience in moving, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift heavy items and work early dispatch hours in a full-time capacity. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in the moving industry is mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Able to work flexible hours with early dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor a moving team on site.
• Communicate with clients as the primary on-site contact.
• Collaborate with operations and staff to complete moves.
• Protect homes and belongings during loading/unloading.
• Complete billing, inventories and reporting on mobile platform.
