Job summary

Olympia Moving And Storage in Watertown, MA is hiring full-time drivers/movers with day, night and weekend shifts. Hourly pay $22.00-$26.00 with overtime and tips; a $1,800 sign-on bonus is offered. Uniforms provided and health, dental, and 401(k) with company match are included.

Training and safety compliance are required to start. Responsibilities include moving, loading/unloading trucks, disassembling/reassembling furniture, packing items, and maintaining vehicle safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Clean motor vehicle driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–75+ pounds.
• Willingness to undergo background check.
• Reliable transportation to branch location.
• Available for early morning dispatch (e.g., 4:30 a.m.).

Responsibilities

• Move and disassemble/reassemble furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items to and from trucks.
• Pack smaller items and protect fragile goods.
• Unpack and arrange spaces per customer specifications.
• Maintain vehicle equipment and perform safety inspections as needed.
