Job summary

Tricon-US, LLC in the Waco, Texas area is seeking a Foreman to join our family-owned construction team. This full-time, long-term role focuses on leading crews in concrete and excavation activities with safety as a priority. Overtime up to 7 days/week may be required.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of related field experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate clearly while setting a strong example for the crew. We offer solid benefits and competitive pay DOE.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related field experience in concrete and excavation.
• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
• Hardworking, dependable, and safety minded.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings and periodic screenings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year driving record.

What we ask from you:

Hourly Rate: $28.00-$33.00 Per Hour DOE.
