Tricon-US, LLC in the Waco, Texas area is seeking a Foreman to join our growing construction team on a full-time, long-term basis. We value safety, strong leadership, and reliability as we plan for 2026 and beyond.

Candidates should have 4–6 years in concrete and excavation, experience leading crews, and the ability to work overtime when needed. A valid driver's license with a clean 5-year record is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in concrete and excavation.
• Experience leading crews in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime up to 7 days per week if necessary.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment and periodic screenings.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead by example.
